Our Team
It’s not often that we have a vacancy at HSL but when we do recruit we tend to bring people on at a junior level or with one or two years’ experience.
This strategy enables us to look at opportunities to promote people already working in the Agency, helping them to develop their careers. As a consequence, we have excellent staff retention levels.
